WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
WHAT IF IT RAINS?
Some photographers encourage a specific asethetic for their session. I am much more relaxed when it comes to clothing options. I encourage you to wear what gives you confidence or makes you comfortable. That said, I find that lighter toned solid fabrics with no logos provide the best images!
We often face rainy days here in Oregon. Depending on the circumstance, sessions may be rescheduled for inclement weather. Or, you may wish to set a studio session or indoor option. Think greenhouse, gazebo or covered patio and let's get creative! Need more location ideas? I've got you. Here are some favorites!
DO YOU POSE BABY?
I offer in-home or in-studio lifestyle newborn sessions. They include various combinations of your family along with baby. I use minimal posing props, allowing me to capture those first moments with your angel. I encourage sessions to occur in the first three weeks because let's be honest, babies change so fast!
Maternity sessions are an important piece in your growing family. They can be as adventurous or low-key as your vision allows. Schedule sessions between the 7th and 8th month. Your baby is on full display and you are still pretty comfortable!
